According to the latest reports from the Italian papers,PSG striker Edinson Cavani is Juve’s primary target in the summer.Juventus reportedly want to shift Alvaro Morata back to Real Madrid this summer as they seek to secure a deal for Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani.
A number of Italian dailies including Gazzetta Dello Sport and Tuttosport suggest that Juventus striker Alvaro Morata will be leaving the club in the summer, making Uruguayan striker Cavani the Bianconeri’s main target to replace him.
Morata’s departure is reported as a forgone conclusion, factoring in Real Madrid’s £30m buy-back option on the striker. It’s suggested that the Spanish club will bring back to Madrid before selling him on to a Premier League club at a profit.
The papers report that Juve will offer Cavani a 4-year-deal with a salary believed to be €7m per season, €1m shy of his current deal at PSG.Cavani currently earns more than €7m a season at PSG.
PSG manager Laurent Blanc recently revealed Cavani’s unrest in the French capital, stating: “Among the various issues we discussed were Cavani and his complaints.”
